Canada's Immigration Plan [2023 - 2025]

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) released the newest immigration-level plan for the next three years, from 2023-2025. As a result, updating the previous immigration plan from 2022-2024. 
In 2022, IRCC planned to invite more than 430,000 candidates to become permanent residents of Canada. Canada aims to invite 465,000 to become PRs in 2023, which, compared to the previous plan, sent out 17,945 more invitations.
In 2024, the target ITA (invitations-to-apply) increased from 451,000 to 485,000, which plans to invite 34,000 more candidates to become PR in Canada.
